Notice Regarding Our Mobile Application

We’re excited to share an important update about the future of our mobile health tracking app (“App”).


Healthily Ltd, formerly known as Your.MD Ltd (“Healthily”), has entered into a licensing agreement with Webron Software Ltd (“Webron”), under which Webron will operate and manage the App going forward.


What’s Changing?


  • Webron will operate the App globally, including day-to-day management, maintenance, user support, and future development.

  • Webronn will act as the data controller for personal data processed through the app.

  • You will be asked to review and accept updated Terms of Use and Privacy Policy reflecting this change.


What’s Not Changing?

  • Healthily retains ownership of the software, including all intellectual property rights and trademarks.

  • There has been no transfer of intellectual property or brand ownership.

  • Your access to the App and its core functionality remains uninterrupted.


Privacy and Data Protection

The updated Privacy Policy will clearly explain:

  • Which entity acts as the data controller going forward;

  • How your personal data is handled; and

  • Your rights under applicable data protection laws.

Where required by law, your continued use of the app will be subject to acceptance of the updated terms.
