Health Tracker App for Android - Retirement Notice
Effective from 31 March, 2026, the Android App will be retired, discontinued and removed from the Google Play Store. This change affects Android users only and will not impact users of the iOS version of the app.
Android users may continue using the service by setting up the Health Tracker App for iOS (“iOS App”), which offers the same features and functionality. Please note that data from the Android App cannot be migrated to the iOS App. Users will need to set up a new account on the iOS App if they wish to continue tracking their health data.
Data retention and deletion
Personal data associated with the Android App will remain available for access and transfer until 31 March 2026. After this date, all remaining personal data will be irreversibly deleted, except where retention is required by law or is necessary for the establishment, exercise, or defence of legal claims. Any such data will be securely stored, access-restricted, and processed in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection legislation.
You can easily export or delete your data from within the app by following these steps:
Data export (step by step)
Go to Your Account Settings > Your Data.
Select the ‘Export Data’ option.
Follow the prompts to download your data to your device.
Data deletion (step by step)
Go to Your Account Settings > Your Data.
Select the ‘Delete Your Account’ option.
Important: If you want to keep a copy of your data, please export it before requesting deletion, as deleted data cannot be recovered.
After the termination, you will no longer be able to access or delete your data within the app. However, you may still request a copy of your data or ask for its deletion by contacting us by email at info@healthily.app.
What does this mean for your subscription?
If you subscribed through Google Play, your subscription will continue until the end of your current billing period. You can manage or cancel it at any time via your Google Play account.
Go to the Subscriptions section and select the Health Tracker App.
Tap Cancel subscription and follow the prompts.

How to Request a Refund
If you would like to request a refund for your annual subscription, please follow these steps:
Locate the Payment ID in the receipt provided by Google Play.
Send an email to info@healthily.app including your payment receipt.
Once we receive your receipt, we will process your refund.
What will happen after the app is terminated?
After the app is terminated, it will no longer work and your remaining personal data will be permanently deleted, unless we are required by law to keep it or need it for legal purposes. Any data we must retain will be stored securely and handled in line with our Privacy Policy and applicable law. During this period, you can still request a copy of your data by contacting us by email at info@healthily.app.
Do I need to uninstall the app?
Since the Android App will no longer be functional after retirement, we recommend that you uninstall it from your device.
