How to use Healthily AI Medical Assessment Safely

Your health is important to us. Before using the Healthily AI Medical Assessment, we'd like to make sure you understand how our products and services can help you.

Who can use the AI Medical Assessment and how does it work?

You can use the AI Medical Assessment (the "Assessment") if you're generally healthy and don’t have any current and previous significant medical conditions, unless covered by the Healthily AI Medical Assessment (see below).

The Healthily AI Medical Assessment provides medically safe information about possible health conditions. It supports you in understanding whether seeking help from a healthcare professional may be appropriate by presenting general information about possible types and levels of care. It may also help you identify less serious conditions that you can manage yourself.

Medical conditions covered by AI Medical Assessment

The AI Medical Assessment is able to take the following conditions into account:

  • Obesity

  • Smoking

  • Hypertension

  • Diabetes

  • Asthma

  • Coronary heart disease

  • Chronic kidney disease

  • Previous stroke.

The AI Medical Assessment isn't a real-life doctor, which means it can't:
  • consider all the information a doctor can when interacting with you

  • identify every possible condition or symptom you may have

  • always understand the information you give us.

AI Medical Assessment often give suggestions about what you can do next, but you should only act on these if you think it’s appropriate for you to do so.

Always visit a doctor if:

  • you’re in doubt

  • your symptoms get worse

  • your symptoms don’t improve.

If your situation feels serious, always call the emergency services.

Remember, always consult with your doctor before making medical decisions based on information provided by AI Medical Assessment. Healthily is not liable for any decisions, acts or omissions you make.
