This is the Explainability Statement for the Healthily DOT™ AI Medical Assessment – a medical device. This document is intended to provide users with information on how Artificial Intelligence in the medical device works, including when, how and why this technology is used. 

Please note that this is a ‘living document’ that will be adapted based on system updates. This statement provides ‘meaningful information on the logic involved’ in automated decision-making, as part of legal compliance.
